Celebrating 80 years of precision camera-making, the 907X Anniversary Edition Medium Format Camera Kit, from Hasselblad, is a comprehensive mirrorless medium format kit combining the unique 907X camera body, CFV II 50C digital back, wide-angle XCD 30mm f/3.5 lens, and the accessory control grip and optical viewfinder. This kit is part of a limited edition of 800 units and is distinguished by unique, customized anniversary kit details and engravings.
- The camera body has a black grain leatherette wrap, anodized lunar gray metal edges, and one side of the body features a commemorative plate that reads "Since 1941." This specific body was chosen for the anniversary kit due to its similarity in design to the legendary Hasselblad SWC camera.
- The 30mm lens features distinct engravings on the lens body and focus ring and this particular ultra-wide lens was chosen due to its similarity to the original Biogon 38mm lens used with the original SWC camera.

Full-frame mirrorless with a serious penchant for video, the Panasonic Lumix S1H is clearly distinguished by its impressive video capabilities, but also features notable flexibility to suit multimedia applications along with an especially durable design. The full-frame 24.2MP CMOS sensor affords versatile performance to suit both video and stills, with a broad 14-stop dynamic range, sensitivity from ISO 100-51200, and adept processing to realize high color accuracy, responsive recording, and a broad array of video capabilities. Using nearly the full sensor, 3:2-format 6K24p video recording is supported, along with 16:9 5.9K30p and both DCI and UHD 4K60p settings with internal 4:2:2 10-bit sampling or external raw recording capabilities with a compatible recorder. Inspired by broadcast cameras, the S1H also uses the updated sensor design to provide Dual Native ISO settings that prioritize either low noise or low sensitivity in order to realize imagery quality with greater color fidelity and reduced noise. Variable Frame Rate (VFR) recording also permits using slow and quick motion effects and High Frame Rate (HFR) settings allow the use of higher frame rates in conjunction with 10-bit sampling. Additionally, V-Log has been pre-installed, and a Hybrid Log Gamma is also available for achieving greater detail when recording, and to benefit color grading during post-production.
In terms of still photography, the S1H isn't lacking with an impressive 9 fps continuous shooting rate with AF-S, or 6 fps with AF-C. In the cases where 24MP isn't quite enough, a specialized High Resolution mode can be used to boost the effective resolution to 96MP by compositing sequential shots together. Also benefitting stills, as well as video, is a 225-area Depth from Defocus (DFD) contrast-detection autofocus system that achieves quick and precise focusing and subject tracking. Additionally, sensor-shift image stabilization helps to minimize the appearance of camera shake by 6 stops for sharper handheld shooting.
Beyond the imaging attributes, the S1H is also characterized by its body design, which incorporates an impressively high resolution 5.76m-dot OLED electronic viewfinder along with a 3.2" 2.33m-dot tilt free-angle touchscreen LCD. - Optimized for video applications, the S1H is distinguished by its ability to record 10-bit 6K (5952 x 3968) video at 24.00 in 3:2 format using nearly the full area of the full-frame sensor, along with 5.9K (5888 x 3312) video at 29.97p in 16:9. When recording DCI and UHD 4K video, up to 29.97p, internal 4:2:2 10-bit sampling is possible, and when working with a Super 35mm area of the sensor, frame rates up to 59.94p are available. Full HD and Anamorphic 4K recording settings are also supported at up to 119.88p and 48.00p, respectively.
- Borrowing from Panasonic's broadcast line of video cameras, Dual Native ISO helps to achieve a balanced combination of low noise and high sensitivity to better suit working in a variety of lighting conditions. Two dedicated circuits are provided for each pixel: a Low ISO circuit provides base sensitivities of ISO 100 for normal use, ISO 640 when V-Log is applied, ISO 400 when HLG is applied, and ISO 200 when Cinelike D2/V2 is applied; a Low Noise circuit provides base sensitivities of ISO 640 for normal use, ISO 4000 when V-Log is applied; ISO 2500 when HLG is applied, and ISO 1250 when Cinelike D2/V2 is applied.
- Optimizing your recording for post-production color adjustment, the S1H features a pair of gamma settings suited to capturing a wide dynamic range. V-Log has been pre-installed on this camera and is used to capture a flat, neutral gamma curve well-suited for grading. Up to 693 phase detection points cover approx. 79% of the image area. The wider AF area also allows for more flexibility in framing, for example when shooting portraits in a vertical orientation. High-precision AF is achieved down to low-light levels of up to EV -4.0 in AF-S mode (ISO 100 equivalent, F2.0 lens).
Real-time Recognition AF for a wider variety of subjects
In addition to people, animals and birds, the camera can now recognize insects, cars, trains and airplanes, making it even more flexible and reliable for stills and movie shooting. More and more bird species are recognized, and animal identification is expanded to include grass-eating animals and small animals other than dogs, cats and animals with similar characteristics, with a higher precision of up to 40%.
Continuous shooting
Even with the α7R V's high resolution, up to 10 fps continuous shooting with full tracking AF/AE is possible with a mechanical shutter. This level of tracking speed and reliability makes it easy to capture the most photogenic moments and expressions even when the subject is moving. Up to 583 compressed RAW images can be shot continuously at 10 fps.
Full-time DMF
When shooting stills with AF-C or AF-S autofocus, the lens focus ring can be rotated to switch to manual focus mode at any time. This makes it easy to return focus to the original subject if the AF switches to a different subject, for example by simply rotating the focus ring.
Focus bracketing
The α7R V will take up to 299 pictures automatically with the focus point shifted successively using the interval and sequence you specify. After that, the best images can be selected from the sequence, or a computer application can combine the focus bracket images to create a focus-stacked composite with a deep synthesized depth of field that takes advantage of the camera's high resolution.
Full-pixel readout of 8K movies in stunning resolution
The XAVC HS format enables high-resolution 8K 24p (25p) movie recordingin-camera with efficient HEVC/H.265 compression, bringing out the best in Sony lenses and taking full advantage of the resolution potential provided by the sensor and full-pixel readout. Even the finest subject details can be captured lifelike. The ability to reframe 8K footage in post-production for 4K delivery also provides invaluable flexibility in editing.
Stunning 4K movie recording
Full-frame and Super 35mm formats selectable for 4K movie recording, as well as 4K 60p (50p) recording. Full pixel readout in Super 35mm mode without the need for pixel binning makes 2.6x oversampling possible for 4K movies. XAVC SI (All-Intra), or XAVC HS formats are supported, as well as 10 bit 4:2:2 color sampling.
16 bit RAW output for more flexible editing
Responding to the increasing demand for RAW recording capabilities, the α7R V provides 16-bit RAW output to external recordersvia HDMI cable. Full-frame 3848 x 2168 (16:9 aspect ratio) output available with a choice of frame rate levels. RAW output via HDMI is also possible while recording XAVC HS 4K, XAVC S 4K, or XAVC SI 4K to internal card media. Proxy recording is also available.
Real-time tracking for movies
Thanks to significant improvements in subject recognition, the camera can perform Real-time Tracking more reliably, which tracks a specific subject with precise focus, including focusing on the subject's eyes. Subject recognition is now possible in both movie recording and still photography for fast, stable focusing during capture. Even when subject recognition is turned off, touch operation allows subjects to be found and tracked by color, pattern (luminance), and distance (depth).
S-Log3 gamma curve with latitude 14+ stops
The S-Log3 gamma curve emphasizes the characteristic gradation from shadows to medium gray (18% gray), reaching latitudes of up to 14+ stops. The color gamut is available in three settings: S-Gamut, S-Gamut3, and S-Gamut3.Cine. These advanced settings make it easy to match movies shot on the α7R V with movies shot on VENICE and VENICE 2 digital cameras or FX series cameras featuring S-Log3 gamma curve adjustments for smooth and efficient editing.
Active Mode image stabilization for handheld movie shooting
Active Modeprovides great image stabilization for handheld movie shooting. In addition to in-body stabilization, compatible lenses with built-in image stabilization coordinate with the camera body for highly effective control that even handheld telephoto shooting is possible.
Designed for smooth filming
Focus Mapmakes it easy to visualize depth of field when shooting movies. Also, a clearly visible and bold red frame appears on the screen while recording is in progress. Shot Marks can be added to recorded in-camera movie clips to identify specific scenes.
Unique 4-axis LCD monitor for increased shooting flexibility
Sony's newly developed 4-axis multi-angle monitor combines the utility of conventional monitor tilting with the flexibility of side-opening vari-angle. This monitor is more flexible in shooting by giving angle adjustment space without restrictions in horizontal and vertical orientation.
Touch operation during shooting or playback
The Touch Focus, Touch Tracking, and Touch Shutter functions can be quickly enabled or disabled by touching an icon on the shooting screen. During playback, images can be selected by touch, and the pinch-out/pinch-in gesture can be used to enlarge or reduce the selected image. Touch sensitivity can be adjusted to optimize control response.
Fast Wi-Fi for PC tethering, FTP transfers, and smartphones
Embedded Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac) enables communication in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. 802.11ac provides 2x2 MIMO support for fast, stable data transfers and reliable communications.
PC shooting Remote shooting via wireless LAN (Wi-Fi)
The camera can be connected to a computer via Wi-Fi for wireless PC Remote capture (tethering) using the “Remote” function in Sony's latest Imaging Edge Desktop application, which gives users more freedom to move around the location or studio. 2.4 GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi bandscan be selected as needed. In addition to direct connection of the camera to a PC wirelessly, the ability to connect via a wireless access point adds the flexibility needed to work in various network environments.
Effective heat dissipation makes recording last longer
The heat generated by the image sensor, image processor and AI processing unit is effectively dissipated to prevent overheating. One element of this heat dissipation is a unique Σ (sigma) shaped graphite embedded in the image stabilization unit. This structure allows the image sensor, one of the main heat sources inside the camera body, to move freely during the stabilization process while transmitting heat effectively resulting in five times better heat dissipation.
Durable magnesium alloy chassis, reliable mechanical shutter
Rugged and lightweight magnesium alloy is used for the top cover, front cover, internal housing, and back cover, with a durable construction that allows the camera to perform well in harsh working environments. The shutter unit with a quick response motor minimizes mechanical shutter vibration that can cause blur, but high-speed continuous shooting is still possible at speeds up to 10 fps. The shutter is reasonably quiet and has been tested for endurance exceeding 500 000 shutter cycles.
QXGA viewfinder with the highest resolution in its class
The 9.44 million dot OLED electronic viewfinder delivers the highest resolution, with approximately 1.6 times the resolution of the previous UXGA Tru-Finder™ viewfinder. It also incorporates vastly improved optical and mechanical designs, achieving a world-record viewfinder magnification of 0.90x, and a 41° diagonal FOV (approximately 43° for the entire viewing area).
Two media slots are compatible with CFexpress Type A
The α7R V has two media slots that support CFexpress Type A memory cards as well as UHS-I and UHS-II SDXC/SDHC cards, for high storage capacity and read/write speeds. The same data can be recorded simultaneously in both slots as backup, or users can choose to separate stills/movies or JPEG (HEIF)/RAW formats. A relay mode is also available, in which still images or movies are captured automatically to the second media card.
USB PD (Power Delivery) supports fast charging
The α7R V supports USB PD (Power Delivery), which allows a higher power supply from external sources. USB chargers or mobile batteries that support USB PD can be connected to the camera's USB Type-C® port, which supplies power or charges the internal battery at three to four times the speed of previous models.
Recycled material
Sony strives to use non-plastic packaging materials with plant-based non-spun materials and recyclable materials. For the camera itself, SORPLAS™ materials consume resourceswhich are entirely recyclable, durable and of high quality. Recycled plastic is also used as much as possible, to reduce pressure on the environment without compromising performance or functionality in any way.
- Lock-on AF maintains focus on moving subjects throughout the use of a configurable frame that is set over the desired moving subject
- Expand Flexible Spot employs neighboring focus points to retain focus on moving subjects even if the originally selected point loses focus
- Focus frame color is selectable, between white and red, and AF tracking is possible with apertures narrower than f/16 with select lenses when working in Focus Priority mode
- Eye AF can be used to base focus on recognized human subjects' eyes for portraits and is available in both AF-S and AF-C modes, for both stills and video. Eye AF can be used when photographing animal subjects, too, with any focusing mode when shooting stills

For long focal lengths, the system will correct for pitch and yaw adjustments. Macro and high-magnification imagery, on the other hand, will benefit from the inclusion of horizontal and vertical shift compensation. All shooting styles will get usage out of the roll compensation. All 5 axes of stabilization will function at all times, even when used with third-party lenses and adapters or lenses with built-in optical stabilization.
- A Quad-VGA OLED Tru-Finder EVF is featured and has a 3.69m-dot resolution and 0.78x-magnification for bright, clear viewing in rich detail, and a dedicated High Quality setting enables a 120 fps refresh rate for especially smooth playback of moving subjects. Additionally, a fluorine coating has been applied to the outermost viewfinder element to benefit cleaning.

Additionally, the BSI design of the sensor contributes to high clarity and accurate color rendering when working in a variety of lighting conditions. Also, making use of the full width of the sensor, DCI and UHD 4K video recording is possible at 4:2:0 10-bit internally, 4:2:2 10-bit via HDMI, or raw 12-bit if recording to an Atomos Ninja V, and an F-log gamma setting can also be used for more advanced color grading during post-production. Additionally, the sensor's design also incorporates an expansive 3.76m-point phase-detection autofocus system for quick, precise AF performance and subject tracking for both stills and video.
Complementing the sensor design, the GFX 100 is also the first mirrorless medium format body to incorporate sensor-shift image stabilization. This stabilization system compensates for up to 5.5 stops of camera shake across five axes in order to reduce the appearance of camera shake. Also unique, this camera features a built-in vertical grip for improved ergonomics and handling regardless of shooting in horizontal or vertical orientation. The image processor and sensor also lend a versatile edge to the system, and permit shooting continuously up to 5 fps or for recording DCI and UHD 4K30 video.
Greatly benefitting overall video performance, the speed of the quad-CPU X-Processor 4 enables fast read speeds when recording 4K video, which helps to reduce rolling shutter distortion when filming moving subjects.
In addition to the supported 10-bit color depth, the GFX 100 also includes the F-Log gamma setting, which provides a flat picture for use in advanced color grading software during editing. This maximizes the potential dynamic range in difficult scenes and image adjustments can be made, as well, to highlight tone, shadow tone, color, and sharpness. HLG recording is supported, too, for HDR applications, and F-Log, HLG, and Film Simulations can all be used simultaneously with raw external output.
